We begin with a conversation about the property, what you are hoping to achieve and where you would like support. Sometimes that is one specific task, sometimes an entire project.

Plan
We set out what needs doing, what we can take care of and where a specialist is best placed to advise. Everything is agreed clearly before we begin.

Coordinate
We then get on with it: making the calls, gathering information, arranging visits, liaising with suppliers and contractors and keeping the practical details organised.

Keep you informed
You should always know where things stand with your home. We provide clear updates, flag decisions as they arise and make sure you have the information you need at the right time.
Our involvement can be as little or as much as you require.
A single quotation you would like reviewed. A delivery that needs receiving. A full renovation from the first site visit to the final details. All are welcome, and none of them commit you to anything further.
